~Update on Our Adoption Process~

Okay sorry I have not been updating our blog. We are just in the depths of summer busyiness and its about to get crazier!

Chloe leaves for camp on Sunday.Our host child, Gina arrives Tuesday. Chloe comes home Saturday. Chloe and Blake leave for camp that Sunday. Chloe and Blake comes home the following Saturday. Chloe and Camye leave for camp that Sunday. Chloe and Camye come home the following Saturday. Chloe and Paul leave for camp that Sunday. Chloe comes home to rest from her many weeks of counseling at church camp on Wednesday. Leaves for a mission trip to Mexico on friday with her Dad. On Saturday I pick up Paul from camp. Kenny, Chloe and Blake return home the following Friday. Gina returns to China the following Friday.:(

And that means I spend my time at home----doing stinking laundry!

But really...The good news is I am home the entire time getting ready for our little Cade to come home~!

So here is where I ~think~ we are:

~We are expecting an awesome update any day. AND the director of our fabulous adoption agency is visiting Cade's orphanage this month and said she would meet him and get awesome video. YES..thank you very much!

~We think Cade has been submitted for an Emmigration permit. 2nd batch..

BELOW is truly a guess....as there is no timelines to 'stalk'..we are in "Unchartered" waters here...

~We think this means we could possibly put us travelng late September or October.
~Two trips....average $ about $7000 per trip..
~Cade will come home finalized and on the second trip.

From what we know....Cade is doing wonderfully. We met a little girl who was 8 years old and adopted from Cade and Avah's orphanage. She is doing fantastic!! And is Kasai only as well..

One prayer request....the only thing I am nervous about is switching his meds to US time zone...12 hours difference.

God has this..I know HE does!!!
