Menu Planning Monday


Long weekend...but beautiful weather!! I love Spring!! It is raining today but I LOVE the rain too. I just love 4 seasons. I love it here in Pennsylvania! And its not even green yet...other than the grass which stays green all year!!
I know my blog has been boring lately without any pictures. But I bought this new and fabulous camera!!!! And keep forgetting to ask my hubby how to put the new pictures on the computer. As soon as I remember to ask....I will post new pictures.:)
Here is my menu:
Monday- Ozark Sloppy Joes and Swiss Almond Floret Bake
Tuesday- Cheesey Rice and Broccoli Casserolle
Wednesday- Homemade Pizza
Thursday- Baked Potato Soup
Friday-Leftovers
Saturday- Panhandle Beef Brisket, Mashed Potatoes and Veggie of choice..Hot Rolls

We had our planning meeting last night!! First I want to say how blessed to be able to belong to a group that gets along soooo well. I appreciate that sooo much!!!

Menu Planning Monday


March has arrived!! And only 20 days until Spring!! Which means this snow will melt away...although I dont really mind looking at it. It is beautiful. And we do keep getting more and more. There is a chance of snow Wednesday...I am thinking not.LOL!! We will see.
Yesterday at church, a great friend loaned me a few cookbooks. So a few of my recipes come from those. The cookbooks were The Lady and Sons Too (Paula Deen) and Top Secret Restaruant Recipe and these days I am up for anything new.

Monday- Potatoe Ham Soup (need a dessert for a funeral dinner on Tuesday) Maybe my Mamaws Blueberry Fluff recipe
